Jan Myšák was born on June 24, 2002 in Litvínov. He is a Czech ice hockey center/left winger currently playing on loan with the HC Litvínov of the Tipsport Extraliga. He was selected 48th overall in the 2020 NHL Entry Draft by the Montréal Canadiens.
Club career[]
Myšák began his junior career with the HC Litvínov organisation. He made his senior debut in the 2018-19 season playing 37 games for the HC Litvínov of the Tipsport Extraliga.
Myšák began the 2019-20 season with the HC Litvínov of the Tipsport Extraliga. He played there this season 26 games and he also played 2 games for the HC Litvnínov U20 of the DHL Cup. In the middle of the season after the 2020 World Junior Championship, Myšák was signed by the Hamilton Bulldogs of the OHL, thus finishing the season in the North America.
For the beginning of the 2020-21 season, Myšák moved back to Europe to play on loan with the HC Litvínov of the Tipsport Extraliga until the season in North America starts.
International career[]
Myšák played for the Czech Republic at the 2018 World U17 Hockey Challenge, 2019 World U18 Championship and at the 2020 World Junior Championship.
