Jacques Locas (b. February 12, 1926 in Montreal, Quebec - d. September 26, 1985) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey right winger who played 59 games in the National Hockey League for the Montreal Canadiens.

He played junior hockey for the Montreal Concordia Civics of the Junior Amateur Hockey Association from 1943 to 1946, leading the league in goals with 25 in 1945-46. In 1946-47 he won the Allan Cup with the Montreal Royals.

Locas turned pro with the Montreal Canadiens in 1947-48. The following season he was limited by injuries to only three games with the Canadiens. In his NHL career he scored 7 goals and 8 assists in 59 games.

He spent most of the rest of his career in the Quebec Senior Hockey League (Major) with the Montreal Royals and the Quebec Hockey League with the Chicoutimi Saguenéens. In 1958-59 he scored 49 goals for Chicoutimi.

He retired in 1960 after a season with the Quebec Aces.
