Jack Raymond Martin (born November 29, 1940) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey centre who played in one National Hockey League game for the Toronto Maple Leafs during the 1960–61 NHL season.

He played junior hockey for the Leafs' farm teams the Toronto Marlboros and St. Michael's Majors from 1957 to 1960. Martin turned pro with the Sudbury Wolves in 1960-61 when he also saw his one game with Toronto.

After splitting the 1961-62 season between three different teams, Martin ended up in the Eastern Hockey League in 1962-63. He played three seasons in the league with three different teams and still scored 118 goals in that span.

Martin retired in 1965.
