Jack Goddard Memorial Arena

The Jack Goddard Memorial Arena, formerly known as the Grand Forks Arena from its' opening in 1987 until it was renamed in 2013.  The arena was renamed in honour of past Grand Forks, British Columbia mayor Jack Goddard who passed away in 2013 at the age of 93 and was instrumental in the effort to get the building built.[1] 

The arena has a seating capacity of about 500.  The arena is home to the Grand Forks Border Bruins of the Kootenay International Junior Hockey League.
