
J. David Molson (June 1, 1928 – May 8, 2017) was president of the Montreal Canadiens from 1964 until 1972. He succeeded Hartland Molson and was succeeded by Jacques Courtois. He won 5 Stanley Cups with Montreal in 1965, 1966, 1968, 1969, and 1971.
Molson died on May 8, 2017 at the age of 88.
