Ivan Prokić (Cyrillic Иван Прокић) (born April 6, 1975 in Belgrade, Serbia) is professional hockey player left winger.[1]
He played for the national team of Yugoslavia and later the Serbian national team eight times at World Hockey Championships (1995 WJC/WC, 1998, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2011), and once o European Championship EJC (1992). Prokic started his career as a hockey player with HK Partizan Belgrade (1989–90).
He played with KHK Crvena Zvezda in 1990-91 and 1991-92. In 1992 with the Yugoslavian national team he became the top scorer of European Junior Championship. In 1994–95 he played for HC CSKA Moscow in the Russian Superleague. In 1995 he was part of the Yugoslavian national team at the World Championship, taking award top goal scorer of World Championship. From 1997 to 2001 he was NCAA player with University of Wisconsin-Superior.
In 2003-04 for ECHL teams: Bakersfield Condors, Fresno Falcons and Charlotte Checkers. Finally he returned to play for KHK Crvena zvezda
