Irek Gimayev (Russian: Ирек Гимаев, born September 2, 1957 in Ufa, Russian SFSR) is a retired ice hockey player who played in the Soviet Hockey League. He played for HC CSKA Moscow. He was inducted into the Russian and Soviet Hockey Hall of Fame in 1982.
He played for the Soviet Union in the 1979 Challenge Cup, 1981 Canada Cup, 1982 World Championship, 1983 World Championship, 1984 Canada Cup, and the 1985 World Championship.
