The Indian Head Chiefs were a men's senior team from Indian Head, Saskatchewan that played in the Qu'appelle Valley Hockey League. An earlier incarnation of the team played in the Main Line Hockey League from the late 1940's to the early 1960's.
The community also simultaneously had a team, the Indian Head Marauders in the Triangle Hockey League from 1976 to 1979.
The team would join the Prairie Men's Hockey League when it was established for the 2024-25 playing season.
