The Hofstra Pride, formerly the Hofstra Flying Dutchmen, are the athletic teams representing Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York. The university presently offers men's club ice hockey, which is a member of the ACHA Men's Division III Empire Collegiate Hockey Conference. The team previously played in the Metropolitan Collegiate Hockey Conference and Super East Collegiate Hockey League. The team is based out of the Freeport Recreation Center in Freeport, New York
