Hector Theodule "Hec" Lepine (born December 7, 1897 in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, Quebec) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey forward who played 33 games in the National Hockey League for the Montreal Canadiens.

He played senior hockey in the Montreal area from 1917 to 1925 and then in Pittsburgh in 1924-25. The Montreal Canadiens signed him as a free agent in 1925 and he played one season there.

Lepine played one more season (1926-27) with the Providence Reds and retired.
