Hayden Hawkey is an American ice hockey goaltender. Originally from Parker, Colorado, he played 16U and 18U hockey with the Colorado Thunderbirds organization. He would play two seasons with the Omaha Lancers of the USHL. He would be drafted by the Montreal Canadiens 177th overall (6th round) in the 2014 NHL Entry Draft following a campaign where he led the USHL in Goals against average and Save percentage. He would also be named to the USHL all-rookie team as well as a first team all-star, and USHL goaltender of the year. He would play four seasons for the Providence Friars men's ice hockey team from 2015-16 to 2018-19. He would finish his collegiate career as the the Friars all-time leader in wins with 72. After college he would bounce around the ECHL during the COVID-19 pandemic affected 2020-21 season playing for the Kansas City Mavericks, Allen Americans, and Tulsa Oilers. He would play for the Reading Royals for 2021-22 season. He would move on to Ritten Renon in the Alps Hockey League for the 2022-23 season. He would move to SG Cortina for the 2023-24 season.
