Grant McNeill (born May 3, 1983 in Vermilion, Alberta) is a Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman who played three games in the National Hockey League for the Florida Panthers.

He is perhaps best known in his hockey career for being one of the American Hockey League's best fighters and for his only NHL fight against Chris Simon.

He played junior hockey for the Prince Albert Raiders and amassed 929 penalty minutes in the four years that he was there. The Florida Panthers chose him 68th overall in the 2001 NHL Entry Draft.

McNeill played his three NHL games with the Panthers in 2003-04, with no points and that five minute fighting penalty. Since then he has played in the minor pros, lately with the Hershey Bears. He missed most of the 2003-04 season due to a jaw injury.
