- Adirondack Flames (AHL, 2014-2015) franchise relocated to Stockton, CA becomes Stockton Heat
- Adirondack Frostbite (United Hockey League, 2004-2006) folded when unable to renew lease
- Adirondack Phantoms (AHL, 2009-2014) moved to Allentown, PA and renamed Lehigh Valley Phantoms.
