Gerard Roger "Gerry" Plamondon (born January 5, 1924) is a retired professional ice hockey player who played 74 games in the National Hockey League with the Montreal Canadiens. Born in Sherbrooke, Quebec, he won the Stanley Cup in 1946.
He played junior hockey for the Montreal Junior Canadiens of the Quebec Junior Hockey League in 1943-44, leading the league in goals with 21 (in just 15 games). The Montreal Junior Royals picked him up for their Memorial Cup playoff run.
Plamondon then played in the Quebec Senior Hockey League for five seasons while seeing some part-time action with the Montreal Canadiens. He was a good scorer in the minors but was unable to translate that into NHL goals. He won the Allan Cup with the Montreal Royals in 1947.
In 1950-51 he played his last NHL game with the Canadiens. In 74 games he scored 7 goals and 13 assists.
He continued to play senior hockey until 1958 when he retired. He took off the 1954-55 season to coach the Trois Rivieres Flambeaux of the Quebec Junior Hockey League. He also coached the senior Matane Red Rocks in 1953-54, the Chicoutimi Saguenéens in 1955-56, the Cornwall Chevies in 1956-57, and the Sherbrooke Castors in 1966-67.
