George Edward Boothman (b. September 25, 1916 in Calgary, Alberta - d. September 13, 2003) is a former Canadian ice hockey centre. He played for the Toronto Maple Leafs.

He played senior hockey for the Calgary Stampeders, Turner Valley Oilers, Nelson Maple Leafs, and the Sydney Millionaires from 1938 to 1942.

Boothman turned pro in 1942-43 with the Providence Reds and earned a tryout with the Toronto Maple Leafs. He played 9 games and scored a goal and an assist. That in turn made him a Leaf regular in 1943-44, when he scored 16 goals nad 18 assists in 49 NHL games. Yet, despite these good numbers, Boothman would not play another NHL game.

He continued to play in the minor pros and won the Calder Cup with the Buffalo Bisons in 1946. the next year he was the player-coach of the Dallas Texans for one season. Boothman was the player-coach of the Milwaukee Clarks in 1948-49 and retired as a player in 1950.
