George "Dusty" Blair (born September 15, 1929) was a professional hockey centre who played two games for the Toronto Maple Leafs in 1950-51.

He played junior hockey for the Oshawa Generals from 1947 to 1949. Blair turned pro with the Los Angeles Monarchs in 1949-50 and was brought over, along with much of the team, to the Toronto St Michaels Monarchs in 1950-51. In that season he also played his two and only NHL games.

After that Blair continued to play senior and minor pro hockey until he retired in 1965 after a season with the Nashville Dixie Flyers.

He won the Byng of Vimy Trophy in 1953-54 while playing for the Ottawa Senators of the Quebec Hockey League.
