Geordie Kinnear (born July 9, 1973 in Simcoe, Ontario) is a former professional ice hockey defenceman. He was drafted in the seventh round, 162nd overall, by the New Jersey Devils in the 1992 NHL Entry Draft. He played four games in the National Hockey League with the Atlanta Thrashers in the 1999–2000 season[1]. He is currently assistant coach of the Albany River Rats where he spent seven seasons as a player.

He was one of the first inductees into the Albany River Rats Hall of Fame.
