Fumio Yamazaki (Born August 7, 1947, in Tochigi Prefecture, Japan) is Japanese former hockey defenseman.

Yamazaki played club hockey for Seibu Tetsudo Tokyo in the Japan Ice Hockey League.

He also represented the Japan men's national ice hockey team at the 1972 Olympics in Sapporo.
