
The Fred Sasakamoose Chief Thunderstick National Hockey Championship is a tournament for First Nations teams in Canada. It was founded as the Fred Sasakamoose Invitational Tournament with eight teams in 2016, and took on its present name in 2019.

- 2024: (men's, Eagle Lake Chiefs defeated Six Nations Ironmen (women's Red Pheasant Lady Rebels defeated Alberta Thunderbirds (no result posted)
