Frank Sheppard (born October 19, 1907, date of death unknown) was a professional ice hockey left winger who played eight games in the National Hockey League. Born in Montreal, Quebec, he played with the Detroit Cougars.

He played for the Winnipeg Maroons in 1925-26 and the Detroit Greyhounds in 1926-27. In 1927-28, while playing for the St. Paul Saints he was called up to the Detroit Cougars for 8 games in which he scored a goal and an assist.

After that Sheppard continued with the Saints and then played for the Tulsa Oilers until 1932. He then played minor pro in western Canada until his retirement in 1938.
