Frank Peters (born in Rouses Point, New York on June 5, 1905, date of death unknown) was a professional ice hockey defenceman. He played 43 games in the National Hockey League for the New York Rangers in 1930-31. Peters scored no points but received 59 penalty minutes.

He played junior hockey in Edmonton.

Peters played minor pro hockey, mostly for the Philadelphia Arrows, until his retirement in 1934.
