Francis "Patsy" Callighen (February 13, 1906 in Huntsville, Ontario – October 16, 1964) was a Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman.
He played junior hockey with the St Andrews College, Toronto St Marys, and the Owen Sound Greys from 1922 to 1926. In 1926-27 Callighen turned pro with the Springfield Indians.
In 1927-28 he was called up to the New York Rangers for the entire season. Callighen played in 36 regular-season and 9 playoff games without a single point. He got his name on the Stanley Cup as the Rangers won it that season.
He then moved back to the Indians and played in the minor pros until his retirement in 1936.
