The Flatrock Flyers were a senior hockey team from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador. The team was a member of the Avalon East Senior Hockey League from 1992 to 2004. The team won the Herder Memorial Trophy in 1993, 1997, 1998 and 2003. The team finished as runners-up in 1992, 1995, 1996, 2001, and 2003
