Mariia Posa (born 21 February 1988) [1] is a member of the 2009–10 Finland women's ice hockey national team and also plays for the University of Minnesota-Duluth.

She had three assists in the Bulldogs’ two-game sweep of WCHA opponent Ohio State on November 13 and 14. She assisted in the Bulldogs’ first two goals on the November 13 game (a 3-2 overtime win). It was a career-high for Posa and she had a +3 in the game. The following night, she assisted on national teammate Saara Tuominen’s second period goal in a 5-3 victory.
