The Essex Centre Sports Complex is an indoor recreation complex in Essex, Ontario containing two NHL sized sheets of ice. The main rink known as the Libro Credit Union Rink has a capacity of 1,168. The secondary rink is known as the Shaheen Rink and is used primarily for practice and has a capacity of 222. The arena portion of the facility opened in September of 2009. The main rink is home to the Essex 73's of the Provincial Junior Hockey League (OHA).
