Fernand LeBlanc (born January 12, 1956 in Baie-Comeau, Quebec) was a professional ice hockey centre and left wing who played 34 games in the National Hockey League. He played with the Detroit Red Wings.

After scoring 63 goals in the 1975–76 QMJHL season with the Sherbrooke Castors, LeBlanc was chosen 11th by the Detroit Red Wings in the 1976 NHL Amateur Draft. In the next two seasons he played mostly for the Kansas City Red Wings with brief callups to Detroit.

In 1978-79 LeBlanc played 29 games for the Wings, scoring 5 goals and 6 assists, but the Wings were deep at centre and he didn't stick. He then took three seasons off and returned to play in Switzerland for seven seasons, retiring in 1989.
