FSN Chicago was a cable television station headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. It operated from April of 1982 to June of 2006. The Chicago Blackhawks of the National Hockey League broadcast their games over the station from 1982 until 2004 when they moved their games to Comcast SportsNet Chicago for the 2004-05 season along with other Chicago sports teams Bulls, White Sox and Cubs. By mid-2006 the station ceased to exist with its studios and broadcast rights taken over by Comcast SportsNet Chicago.

The station went under several different names over the years:

  • SportsVision Chicago (1982–1989)
  • SportsChannel Chicago (1989–1997)
  • Fox Sports Chicago (1998–2000)
  • Fox Sports Net Chicago (2000–2004)
  • FSN Chicago (2004-2006)
