The Etela Saimaa turnaus (South Saimaa tournament) is an annual ice hockey training tournament in Lappeenranta, Finland organised by SaiPa. The race was previously called the Sputnik Cup, but the name changed to 2007 for the tournament. In 2003 and 2004, the tournament was not played because the Kisapuisto ice rink was being repaired.
