The Esso Cup Quebec Regional is the final qualifying round for the Esso Cup. The tournament presently involves Ligue Hockey Féminin de Développement du Québec.
The first qualifying tournaments were held in 2009 when Hockey Canada established a women's Major midget 's (now U18) national championship in the Esso Cup.
