
The Esso Cup Pacific Regional is the final qualifying round for the Esso Cup. The tournament presently involves the Alberta Female Hockey League and the Saskatchewan Female U18 AAA Hockey League.
The first qualifying tournaments were held in 2009 when Hockey Canada established a women's Major midget 's (now U18) national championship in the Esso Cup.
