The Endicott Gulls are a Women's Division III ice hockey team representing Endicott College, located in Beverly, Massachusetts from the Commonwealth Coast Conference. The team is based out of Raymond J. Bourque Arena, which is located on the school's campus. The women's program was established at the club level in 2010. The women's program was elevated to varsity level status for the 2015-16 season.
The team has won CHC regular season titles in 2017, 2019, and 2020, and won CNE (née CCC) regular season titles in 2022, 2024, and 2025. The team has won CHC tournament titles in 2019 and 2020, and won CNE (née CCC) tournament titles in 2022 and 2025.
