The women's program played at the club level from 2010 to 2015. The program was also elevated to varsity level status for the 2015-16 season. The team was a member of the Colonial Hockey Conference from the founding of the program until the conference was absorbed into the Commonwealth Coast Conference for the 2020-21 playing season which is an all-sports conference.
