Elgin Reid (born February 23, 1987 in Milton, Ontario) is a professional ice hockey defenseman currently playing with the Kalamazoo Wings of the ECHL.

Playing career[edit | edit source]

Reid's professional career has seen him primarily in the ECHL, where he began playing with the Elmira Jackals in 2007, then moving to the Wheeling Nailers for the 2008-2009 season (where he earned a spot in the ECHL All-Star game[1]), finally settling in Florida for 2009 to present. During the 2009-2010 season, he was called up to the Albany River Rats of the American Hockey League for 9 games.
