Yngve Eilert "Garvis" Määttä (born September 22, 1935 in Kiruna, Sweden) is a retired Swedish professional ice hockey player and coach. He played for Skellefteå AIK and Södertälje SK from 1956 to 1972. Määttä was the coach for Djurgårdens IF during the 1978–79 Elitserien season.
Määttä played for Sweden at the 1964 Olympics, winning a silver medal. He also won gold for Sweden at the 1957 and 1962 World Championships and played at the 1963, 1965, and 1967 World Championships.
