The Edmonton Blades were a Junior "C" team that played in the then North Central Junior Hockey League (now known as Noralta Junior Hockey League) from 1999 to sometime between 2001 and 2006. The team was originally started as the Oil Capital Blades for the 1999-00 season. The team was labelled the Edmonton Blades for the 2001-02 season. The league has limited information for the period of 2002 to 2006 and it is not known if or when the team folded.
