The Eastern Kings Sportsplex is an indoor arena located in Souris, Prince Edward Island.  The facility is home to the Eastern Maniacs of the Island Junior Hockey League and the Kings County Midget AAA Kings. The Sportsplex was built in 1979 with the first game being played by the Highschool team. The Sportsplex has a full schedule throughout the week with Friday, Saturday and Sunday being it’s busiest. Curling is also a hot commodity as every Tuesday night the local club gathersand besides the Ice. The Sportsplex includes an indoor walking track, bowling lanes, Atlantic Fitness East and a Canteen with a full menu. The Arena operates from approx. Oct 1st until approx. April 15th. The season is kicked off with a ringette camp which runs for all age groups. The season finishes off with a Curling Bonspiel “The Lobster Trap Bonspiel”

The Eastern Kings Sportsplex is the home to these abandoned clubs; Souris Sharks (EKHL) Souris Icemen (ISHL) Souris Boathaulers (IJHL) and the Souris Hawks (Razzy’s Junior C)
