The East Kootenay Royals were a men's senior hockey team primarily from Cranbrook, British Columbia with games also played in Kimberley, Creston, Fernie, and Sparwood. The team was primarily based out of the Cranbrook Memorial Centre. The team was registered at the Senior AA level for the 2003-04 season. They would win the 2004 Coy Cup as the British Columbia Senior AA champion. They would complete at the Senior AAA level and compete in the 2005 Savage Cup they would finish third in the three team round robin and lose the semifinal game.
