Earl Roche (February 22 1910] – August 15 1965) was a Canadian professional ice hockey left winger. He played 5 seasons in the National Hockey League for the Montreal Maroons, Boston Bruins, Ottawa Senators, St. Louis Eagles and Detroit Red Wings. He was born in Prescott, Ontario, Canada.

He got his start in Montreal, playing junior hockey for the Montreal Victorias in 1925-26. Roche spent the next four seasons with various Montreal teams, including Montreal Martin and the Allan Cup-winning 1929-30 Montreal AAA,

From 1930 to 1935, Roche played in the NHL with 4 different teams. After that he played in the minor pros until retiring in 1944. He played in 147 NHL games, scoring 25 goals and 27 assists.

His brother Desse Roche also played in the National Hockey League. The brothers often played on the same line; Earl at left wing and Desse on right wing.
