Dwight Carruthers (born November 7, 1944) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman who played in two National Hockey League (NHL) games, one with the Detroit Red Wings and the other with the Philadelphia Flyers.
He played junior hockey for the Weyburn Red Wings (a Detroit farm team) from 1962 to 1965. The Red Wings called him up for one game in 1965-66, but otherwise he played in the minor pros until 1967. That year he was chosen by the Philadelphia Flyers in the 1967 NHL Expansion Draft.
Carruthers was only called up for one game with the Flyers in 1967-68. After that he played minor pro and, after 1971, with the senior Spokane Flyers of the Western International Hockey League.
He retired in 1976.
