Douglas George Horbul (born July 27, 1952 in Nokomis, Saskatchewan) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey forward who played 4 games in the National Hockey League for the Kansas City Scouts.

He played junior hockey for the Saskatoon Blades and the Calgary Centennials from 1969 to 1972. The New York Rangers chose him 63rd in the 1972 NHL Amateur Draft.

Horbul played two years (1972 to 1974) in the minors before the Kansas City Scouts picked him up in the 1974 NHL Expansion Draft. He scored a goal in four games for the Scouts in the 1974-75 season. He then continued in the minors until 1977 when he joined the senior Trail Smoke Eaters for one season.

He retired in 1978.
