Donald Francis O'Donoghue (Born - August 27, 1949 in Kingston, Ontario) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey forward who played 147 games in the National Hockey League for the California Golden Seals. He also played 125 games in the World Hockey Association for the Vancouver Blazers and Cincinnati Stingers.
He played junior hockey for the St. Catharines Black Hawks and was chosen 29th overall by the California Golden Seals in the 1969 NHL Amateur Draft. In 1969-70 and 1970-71 he was a regular for the Seals as a defensive forward. In 1971-72 O'Donoghue was relagated to the minor pros.
O'Donoghue jumped to the Philadelphia Blazers of the World Hockey Association (WHA) in 1972. He enjoyed two good seasons with them and their succesor Vancouver Blazers. Most of 1974-75 was spent in the minors. O'Donoghue had a short stay with the Cincinnati Stingers in 1975-76 then spent three seasons with the Hampton Gulls. He retired in 1978.
