Dick Proceviat (born June 25, 1946 in Whitemouth, Manitoba) is a retired professional ice hockey player who played 321 games in the World Hockey Association (WHA). He played for the Chicago Cougars and Indianapolis Racers.
He was a career minor leaguer when the WHA started in 1972. Proceviat signed with the Chicago Cougars and became a regular with them for two-and-a-half seasons. He was sent to the Indianapolis Racers in 1974-75 and played another two-and-a-half seasons for that team. He retired in 1977.
In his WHA career, Proceviat played in 321 games and scored 16 goals and 90 assists.
