The Delaware Lightning (originally announced as the Lightning Hockey Club) are a junior hockey team based out of the Center Ice Rink on the Delaware State Fairgrounds in Harrington, Delaware. The team was originally announced as being based out of the Pond Ice Arena in Newark, Delaware but that was changed by the end of May. The team is a member of the United States Premier Hockey League's Premier League Mid-Atlantic Division. The team was scheduled to begin play with the 2017-18 season.

The team was originally the Philadelphia Flyers Elite from 2013 to 2017. The organization was purchased on May 1, 2017 and announced as relocating to Delaware.
The team was gone from the league website by the time the league's schedule was released.
