David E. Parro (born April 30, 1957 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan) is a retired Canadian ice hockey goaltender. He played in 77 games for the Washington Capitals.
He played junior hockey for the Saskatoon Olympics and the Saskatoon Blades from 1973 to 1977. The Boston Bruins chose him 34th overall in the 1977 NHL Amateur Draft. He turned pro with the Rochester Americans in 1977-78.
The Quebec Nordiques chose him in the 1979 NHL Expansion Draft and then immediately traded him to the Washington Capitals for Nelson Burton. There Parro finally got his chance in the NHL, playing 52 games for the Capitals in 1981-82. After that season he only played in 7 more NHL games.
Parro finished off his career in the International Hockey League and retired in 1987.
