Dave Allan Hoyda (born May 20, 1957) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey left winger who played four seasons in the National Hockey League (NHL) with the Philadelphia Flyers and Winnipeg Jets.
Hoyda played Junior "A" hockey for the Spruce Grove Mets and major junior for the Edmonton Oil Kings and the Portland Winterhawks. He was a grinder who got 220 penalty minutes in 1976-77 with Portland.
He was selected 53rd overall by the Philadelphia Flyers in the 1977 NHL Amateur Draft. Hoyda played most of the first two seasons with the Flyers, only scoring 4 goals and 16 assists in 108 games. The Flyers left him exposed in the 1979 NHL Expansion Draft and the Winnipeg Jets selected him.
Hoyda only got into 24 games for the Jets over two seasons and retired in 1981.
In 132 NHL games, Hoyda scored 6 goals and 17 assists with 299 Penalty minutes.
