Daniel Spivak (born 9 August 1988) is a Canadian amateur ice hockey defenseman. He plays for the Rochester Institute of Technology, which plays in Atlantic Hockey, part of the NCAA's Division I. Since he was born in Netanya, Israel, he also played for the Israel national ice hockey team in the 2009 IIHF World Championship Division II.

Before enrolling at RIT as a Business/Finance major, he played four seasons for the Stouffville Spirit of the Ontario Provincial Junior Hockey League.

Spivak lives in Thornhill, Ontario; his parents are Zeev and Rakela Spivak, and he has four brothers.
