The Daniel & Henrik Sedin Award was introduced for the 2019-20 season, in honour of the jersey retirements of the Sedins.[1] Each season it is given to one player who best exemplifies outstanding community leadership qualities and humanitarian contributions to his community. The award is selected by a panel of Canucks Sports & Entertainment members.
