The Czechoslovakia men's national junior ice hockey team represented Czechoslovakia in the IIHF World U20 Championship (also known as the World Junior Championship).
In 1993 the country split into the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
The team never won the championship. It did win the silver medal in 1979, 1982, 1985, and 1987.
