Craig Ramsay (born 17 March, 1951 in Toronto, Ontario) is a retired Canadian professional left winger who played in the NHL from 1971 to 1985 and current assistant coach of the Boston Bruins.

Ramsay was selected 19th overall by the Buffalo Sabres in the 1971 NHL Amateur Draft. He played 1,070 career NHL games, all with Buffalo, scoring 252 goals and 420 assists for 672 points.

Ramsay won the Frank J. Selke Trophy in 1985. He won the Stanley Cup in 2004 as an assistant coach with the Tampa Bay Lightning. He remained as the assistant coach until he was fired on May 24, 2007.

On August 1, 2007, he was named the assistant coach of the Boston Bruins.
