is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman who played 183 games in the National Hockey League for the St. Louis Blues, Minnesota North Stars, Winnipeg Jets, and Vancouver Canucks.

Levie played major junior with the Calgary Centennials, Flin Flon Bombers, and the Edmonton Oil Kings of the Western Hockey League. He was drafted 43rd overall by the Montreal Canadiens in the 1979 NHL Entry Draft.

The prowerful Canadiens team sent him down to the Nova Scotia Voyageurs of the American Hockey League where he won the Eddie Shore Award (top defenceman), made th first all-star team, and led the leagu in assists (62), That was his ticket to the bigs, as the Winnipeg Jets claimed him on waivers after the season.

For the next six years he mostly split his time between the NHL and the minors. In 1987 he signed with the HC Davos in Switzerland and the next year joined Italy's HC Milano Saima.

Levie retired in 1992 after playing a single game with the Fort Wayne Komets.

He played in 183 games and scored 22 goals and 53 assists in the NHL.
