Several leagues sported the name Continental Hockey League or a variation of it through history:
- Continental Hockey League, sometimes spelled Kontinental Hockey League (in Russian: Континентальная Хоккейная Лига), a professional league that replaced the Russian Superleague in 2008;
- Continental Hockey League (1972-1986), a minor pro league that was briefly followed by the All-American Hockey League and ultimately led to the ECHL in 1989;
- Continental Hockey Association, a junior league that is frequently referred to as the Continental Hockey League.
